New EMR
We're thrilled to announce that we've successfully transitioned to our new Electronic Medical Record system! With this upgrade comes a host of exciting new features designed to enhance your experience. New Patient Features
Our practice provides digital features to ensure you get the best possible care! Below are some powerful tools and interactions that you may receive via text or email during your time with us:
E-intake: We require electronic intake to allow you to complete any necessary paperwork prior to your arrival at our clinic. The email will come from Summit Physical Therapy and look like this:
Automated Priority List
As part of our commitment to providing excellent care and service to our patients, we've implemented a waitlist feature that allows us to notify you when appointment slots become available with any therapist you have seen.
Please note that this notification does not confirm an existing appointment. Instead, it offers you the chance to schedule a new appointment slot with us. If you're interested, simply follow the instructions to confirm your availability.
We want to reassure you that any previously scheduled appointments you have with us remain unchanged. This notification is separate from your existing appointments and does not affect your current schedule. See below for a detailed picture.
Waitlist opportunities go to multiple people, so if you want it, respond as soon as you can!
Visit Reminders
Prior to each visit, we will send out text and/or email reminders based on your preferences. These will go out 24 hours prior to your visit.
Home Exercise Program
Your therapist may share with you a home exercise plan that you can complete online.
Online Scheduling
We offer online scheduling so that you can book the appropriate number of visits with our team, ensuring you get better faster. You can schedule up to 21 days ahead, and only with the therapists you have seen for your case. Y ou cannot schedule a discharged case. You will receive a link or use the QR code. You can also schedule from the website.
Electronic Statements
If you have a balance, we’ll email you a statement with a link to make quick and easy payments.
Opportunity Automation
Once per week we will notify you if any openings are available for next week that meet your desired preferences.

Periodically throughout your care,

how we are doing so far.
